Yes, we have a couple of different methods for removing strong odors. We offer Advanced Generation DeodorizerTM that works to eliminate odors and leaves a light citrus scent. If your furniture has experienced many biological spills (such as pet accidents, food spillage etc.), we recommend a BioTreatTM application. BioTreatTM essentially digests the leftover organic materials in your furniture fabric and works over 24 – 48 hours to greatly improve the smell of your furniture as well as the appearance of stains.Â
In addition to leaving your furniture smelling great, we can also apply Professional Fabric Protector, which will protect your furniture from signs of aging and help the fabric resist soiling. Fabric Protector also makes cleaning up spots and spills easier.Â
Preparing for Your Cleaning
On the days leading up to your cleaning, we will call you to confirm your appointment details and answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions or concerns before we call you, please telephone us or contact us.Â
Before we arrive, please pre-vacuum your furniture. Your furniture can capture a lot of dirt and debris, so pre-vacuuming can have an effect on the cleaning results. Clear your space of any breakables, lamps, and other items like throw pillows so we have clear access of all sides of your furniture. Â
One the Day of Cleaning:Â
- Time – for morning appointments, we will call between 7am – 8am to give you your two your window of arrival between 8am –1pm. For afternoon appointments, we will call you between 10am – 12pm with your two-hour window between 11am – 5am. If you won’t be home on that day and need 30 minutes or an hour notice to return, please let us know when we call to confirm your appointment.Â
- Parking – we require legal, paved parking within 30 feet of the entrance of your home.Â
- Payment – we accept debit and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal cheques or cash.Â
